Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe collects and processes your payment details on our behalf — we only receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your raw card details.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used solely for security monitoring and service improvement.

Email preferences: We store your notification preferences so we can send or withhold draw emails according to your settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Operate and maintain your account
  • Process subscription payments via Stripe
  • Send draw result emails if you have opted in
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Buy Me a Coffee: Payment processing and membership management. BMC operates under its own privacy policy available at buymeacoffee.com/privacy-policy. We share only your name and email with BMC to match your membership to your account.

Mailjet: Email delivery. Mailjet processes your email address to deliver draw result notifications on our behalf. Mailjet's privacy policy is available at mailjet.com.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or sell data to any third party.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personal information and is deleted when you sign out or close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records, which are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK financial regulations).

  • Object to or restrict certain processing
