By accessing or using LosingNumbers.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers.
LosingNumbers.com provides statistical analysis of historical EuroMillions lottery draw data. The Service identifies numbers that our algorithms consider statistically less likely to appear in upcoming draws ("Losing Numbers") and, for Pro subscribers, a recommended pool of numbers and AI-generated play lines.
The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any information provided.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that participating in lottery activities is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding lottery participation and online services.
To access certain features you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
Pro membership is billed at £6.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain Pro access until that date.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
Lottery draws are random events. The analysis provided by LosingNumbers.com is based on historical statistical patterns and does not constitute a prediction, guarantee, or assurance of any lottery outcome. Past performance of our methodology does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may not win any prize as a result of using this Service.
We encourage responsible gambling at all times. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help from a qualified organisation such as BeGambleAware or the Gambling Therapy helpline.
All content, design, algorithms, code, and materials on the Service are the intellectual property of LosingNumbers.com and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LosingNumbers.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from lottery participation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
